# Pages Included

Every page that ships inside the Cashier - Default workflow, grouped by the job it does — so you know what to keep, what to hide, and what still needs building.

## What it is

The **Cashier - Default** workflow ships with a full set of ready-built pages — one for each thing a cashier does at the counter. Each page is a **module** in the workflow. Together they cover selling, quoting, refunds, receiving stock, customers, support, and end-of-day reporting.

You don't have to keep them all. Most stores publish a subset and hide the rest.

## When you'd use this

Use this page when you're setting the Cashier workflow up for the first time and need to decide, page by page, what your staff should see.

## Before you start

* You need **Client Admin** access to the **Workflow Builder**.
* Open the Cashier workflow from the Employee group. The header reads *Employee – Cashier – Cashier - Default*.
* If you're new to modules, read [Workflow Concepts](/client-admin-guide/workflow-builder-overview/workflow-concepts.md) first.

## The three fixed pages

These always sit at positions 1, 2 and 3, and can't be moved.

| Page | What it does |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Dashboard** | The screen a cashier lands on after signing in. |
| **Header Navigation** | The top bar. Out of the box it links to Dashboard, Place Order, Wishlist, Saved Orders and Reports. |
| **Sidebar Navigation** | The left-hand menu. |

## Selling at the counter

The core of the workflow. If you keep nothing else, keep these.

| Page | What it does |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Default Catalog** | The full product catalog, with categories, filters and images. |
| **Catalog** | A lighter, faster catalog built for the register. |
| **Place Order** | The main POS screen — scan items, pick a customer, discount, take payment. |
| **Payment** | The payment screen used when taking money against an existing order. |
| **Edit Sales Order** | Reopen an order that's already been placed and change it. |
| **Create Refund** | Refund against a past transaction. |
| **Order Form** | A spare, unbranded order screen you can repurpose. |

## Quotes

Keep these if your staff quote before they sell.

| Page | What it does |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **New Quote** | Build a quote for a customer instead of an order. |
| **Edit Quote** | Change a quote that hasn't been converted yet. |
| **Convert Quote** | Turn an accepted quote into an order at the register. |
| **Quotes List** | Find an existing quote. |
| **Estimate View** | Read-only view of a single quote. |

## Looking things up

| Page | What it does |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |

| **Transaction View** | Open one transaction and see its lines, related records and actions. |
| **Invoices** | List of invoices, for customers paying off a balance. |
| **Saved Orders** | Orders parked mid-sale and picked up later. |

## Stock movement

Only relevant if your cashiers also handle stock. Many stores hide this whole group.

| Page | What it does |

| **Create Item Fulfillment** / **Fulfill Orders List** / **Fulfill Order** | Pick and ship what's been sold. |

| ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | -------------------------------------------- |

## Store operations

| Page | What it does |
| ----------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **EOD Reports** | End-of-day cash reconciliation. Cashiers run this at close. |
| **Reports** | General reporting screen. |
| **Inventory Counts** | Stock counts. |
| **Product List** / **Products View/Edit** | Look up and amend product details. |
| **Gift Cards** | Gift card lookup and balances. |
| **Warranty** | Warranty records. |
| **Loyalty Rewards** | Loyalty balances. |
| **Wish List** | Customer wish lists. |

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Some pages ship empty.** Create Customer, Create Support Case, Inventory Counts, Product List, Products View/Edit, Gift Cards, Warranty, Loyalty Rewards, Saved Orders and Wish List arrive as named, blank pages — the name and the menu entry are there, but nothing has been laid out on them yet. Open each one in the Page Builder and build it, or hide it before you publish. A cashier who clicks through to a blank page will think the product is broken.
{% endhint %}

The template also carries a few spare, unnamed modules (a blank **Page**, a spare **Order Form**, a spare **Receive Order**). Rename them if you need an extra screen, or delete them.

## What success looks like

Every page left in the workflow either has content on it or has been deliberately built out, and nothing in the navigation leads somewhere blank. You can then publish the workflow with confidence.

## Common issues

* **A cashier clicks a menu item and sees a blank screen** — that page ships empty. Build it in the Page Builder or remove it from the workflow.
* **There are too many menu items to be usable** — delete the groups your store doesn't do, usually stock movement and support.
* **Two pages look almost identical** — the template includes spare copies of the order form. Keep the one you've configured and delete the rest.
