# Choose Your Path

SphericalBRM + POS documentation is organized by role — find yours and follow the right guide.

Pick the section below that best matches what you do. If more than one fits, see [I wear multiple hats](#i-wear-multiple-hats).

## NetSuite Administrator

You work in NetSuite and keep things running behind the scenes. You install <code class="expression">space.vars.productName</code> into your NetSuite account, manage licenses and billing, configure system-level settings, and troubleshoot when something goes wrong.

**This path is for you if you:**

* Install or upgrade <code class="expression">space.vars.productName</code> in a NetSuite account.
* Enter and manage license keys.
* Configure subsidiary branding, payment methods, and printers at the NetSuite level.
* Provision users in NetSuite so they can log in to the portals.
* Set up catalog records and catalog restrictions inside NetSuite.
* Troubleshoot installation or system-level issues.
* Customize themes, logos, colours, and fonts for your organization.

## Client Administrator

You use the Admin Portal to configure your organization's portals. You build the pages your team sees, decide how their workflows are structured, manage who has access to what, and organize how catalogs are presented.

**This path is for you if you:**

* Build and design portal pages using the drag-and-drop Page Builder.
* Create workflows that define what each role sees when they log in.
* Assign users to roles and workflows.
* Organize products into categories and set up portal-level pricing.
* Configure point-of-sale registers and connect payment methods.
* Set PIN overrides and other access controls.

## End User

You log into the User Portal to get your job done. The pages and tools you see have been set up for you by your administrator.

**This path is for you if you:**

* Operate a point-of-sale register to process sales.
* Browse product catalogs and place orders.
* View and manage orders, invoices, and returns.
* Check dashboards for key numbers and metrics.
* Run or view reports.
